Howdy gang!

Just picked up a LW Commander, two-tone. I LOVE the nicely holster worn blue finish, but the aluminum frame has some scratches and such that kinda bother me.....

Other than refinishing, how can one again realize a nice, uniform matte finish on an aluminum frame??

You could have the finish bead blasted off. This would give it a silver type finish. Just note there is a post a few done from this one that indicates the frame would not be as strong with out a finish.
