Not sure what to think on this one.

Looks like a decent amount of time was put into this.

Mainspring housing and grip safety surprised me.

Anyone wanna guess a year this was done?

Interesting...... it is cut to a length more like a Detonics, I mean, it's certainly shorter than an Officers ACP. MMC sight says mid-to-late '70's at the earliest but there does not seem to be a way to know that it wasnt' done six months ago. I don't recognize it but that is certainly not the last word. If it was by one of the Great Ones, and I'm sure they all did certain things that they did only one of, you'd think it would be marked. Could have been some aspiring smith who was really good on the machines and brazing torch (and I'd sure say he was good) who just wanted to prove something to himself. A Detonics prototype?

If an LTW follower buys it I will check it out for you at n/c other than shipping just to get a look at it!

Whoever did it, they do show a not-small amount of originality in approach. a front sigh ton the bushing? Hmmm. And those two frankenstein screws to keep ti centered? Another hmmm.
