Matthew,
I'm not a member of the board but perhaps I can be of some assistance.
I owned a Kobra Carry for some time and shot SWCs through it without difficulty.
I loaded a 200 gr. SWC ahead of 4.5 grains of Vitavouri N310 powder with a standard primer. I seated the bullet to 1.25 overall length and taper crimped the mouth to .469. I reload on a Dillon 650 with Dillon dies and have had no feeding or ejection problems in any of the 1911s in which I have used this load.
This was the accuracy test load that accompanied a Wilson CQB that I purchased several years ago, and is purported to meet IPSC and IDPA standards, although I cannot verify the last part.
A call to Ed Brown would probably put your mind to rest on this question, although many manufacturers are not particularly happy with customers firing reloaded ammo as they have no quality control over your "manufacturing" of reloaded ammo.
Hope this helps.

SWC's of the H&G 68 mold, properly loaded, feed very well in 1911's. Though I load with N320, the other specs given above are good.
