The May, yes Irene, May issue of Combat Handgun is on the stands, at least in Atlanta, Georgia :). The article by Walt Rauch is from page 74 to 77, featuring your very own John Harrison. There are 6 pictures of a couple of pistols that John did. I plan to have my issue autograph by John and Walt. Congratulations John, you deserve it.

The current custom combat handguns magaizne has a story featuring a Colt Series 80 built by Steve Bailey for Mike Detty. In fact it was the reason why I bought the magazine. I did get the feeling that the story is a couple years old and was reprinted for this edition. Either way it is nice to see another LTW smith get some good ink.

Congrats John!!!!!

I haven't seen the article yet, I have to go get it today, but I'm sure the gun will be of your normal awesome quality.

Best,

Ray

Great. I quit taking it, and they put that gun in there.
Good for you, Mr Harrison. I've drooled over your guns here and elsewhere enough. It's time to share, I guess.

Gotta say John's a consumate master pistolsmith... his work on my Colt 1991 is superb and inspiring. I'd recommend him highly for those considering his services.
