While I'm not a custom smith, I would:
1. Replace the sights (I like Heinie's, but that's just me).
2. Maybe a better dehorn job (don't know about your model).
3a. Assuming it runs 100%, you can press-check it, and operate it 1-handed, etc. I would buy a bunch of Tripp or CMC power mags and shoot the heck out of it. Then shoot it some more.
3b. Otherwise, it gets sent to someone until it does those things. While they had it, I would ask that the internals be setup more conventionally, too. Then repeat step 3a.
4. I also had the barrel on mine cut flush and recrowned, but that was just cosmetic.
Enjoy your pistol, it should be around for a long time.
