Seeing how this is the home to some of the best pistolsmiths around,I figured I could get an answer to my questions from people I can trust.
Would it be possible to fit a new,full size slide & barrel on an Ed Brown Kobra Carry frame? Also,can I have a stainless gun refinished with something like EGW's E-Treat?

Yes and Yes. But I'm not a gunsmith. You can do anything you want, how much money do you have? Hardchrome can be stripped off and any finish you want put on.
