Here is the Raffle Prize gun for this years 2012 Indiana USPSA Championship Match
We purchased this from Springfield Armory's TOP GUN program for matches, it started out as a MilSpec 45acp 1911, and then we sent it to Rich Dettlehouser at Canyon Creek Custom. Canyon Creek donated the labor, grips, front sight and other small parts for the build. The rest of the parts were donated by EGW and Wilson Combat.
Rich did the signature "snake belly" and squared trigger guard. S&A mag well with deluxe install, 20 lpi checkering with high under cut trigger guard, added front cocking serrations, Henning Wallgrens front dove tail sight, and I found a set of "Fandango" grip panels that goes with the satin gray KG finish
He had just received the magwell and rear sight as of this past Friday adn was able to complete and get shipped out yesterday.
