Hello, I thought I would share a couple of Photographs of my new pistol. It was built by a local Pistolsmith Joe Dlask, the slide and frame are a Les Baer Monolith Commanche Heavyweight. The rest of the parts are from various manufacturers, the Magazine funnel and mainspring housing are machined out of one piece by Joe. I have not had time to fire it yet but I'm looking forward to the experience.

I really like the clean slide with a french cut. Looks like a sweet shooter!

Looks good!
Hey, ask Joe whose trigger that is, I like it. Just kidding :D The Dlask trigger are good stuff, the shoe is much harder than other lightweight triggers.... I think it's magnesium and not aluminum.

What are ya gonna do with her? Carry or comp? I would really like to know how she shoots for speed of draw and follow up shots, errh... when you get a chance.

I like the super-clean and beefy front end on that... will probably make for less muzzle rise, quicker follow up shots, and less felt recoil - very cool. Very stately look about it too! Everything on that gun looks hell for stout, like it'll last forever.

Here you go, sorry about the picture quality. The Pistol will be used for Tactical Pistol Matches and general plinking. Where I live concealed carry is not an option.

Sweet! Love the look of the Monoliths. How's the added weight up front?
