Thought I would build a theme pistol my son came up with the idea and a customer came onboard with interest and money . I think I am gonna make him an offer he can't refuse . I would like to give a special thanks to Chuck Rogers for all his support and excellent finishing.

How does that finish hold up? what pistol did you start with? I like that theme, I am a CRKT fan as far as my daily carry knife, and now thanks to you will have to buy another 1911 and build one to match my knife. LOL Seriously, that is a great theme! Can you finish a light to match it?

That is absolutely fantastic. I am a huge Emerson Commander fan (own too many of them) and a huge 1911 Commander fan. Beautiful work and super cool idea.

Mike, Verrry nice work. Lots of very cool touches, like the bushing, stppled mag catch and etc. Awesome grip and thumb safety fitting.
