Gee, when I found this forum I really didn't know we'd be in such august company with the best known smiths in the gun world. We are such a small part of the 1911 custom builders greater universe. Anyway, I just had to join in the name of those little known smiths out here in the hinterlands who do custom work for a small contingent of customers who seem to be pleased with our work time and time again. It's tough being a local custom smith/machine shop and not having a national "name" but we are trying. Luckily, we have been very successful with my determination to spread our name and services on the NET.

We are Williams Gun Repair located in Princeton, Tx just north of the DFW area, a full service repair/restoration/custom facility. Our speciality is the 1911 but we also do a lot of AR and other stuff to many to name. I am the loyal wife of the best smith in this area and NET operator. I keep his business out there as best as I can.

I just hope we will be able to contribute valuable info to this forum from time to time.

Welcome, Ma'm. If possible, how about some pictures of your shops work?? That would be neat.
Best to you and your husband,
