Are there any gunsmiths who like to work on Kahrs other than Mr Christiansen, whose waiting list is closed? I am interested in some fairly extensive improvements to a K9, including (hopefully) front strap scalloping, Warren Tactical sights and metal mag bases.

Thank you.

Cylinder & Slide offers some work on Kahrs. Might contact them and see if they can provide the mods you're looking for.

Karl Sokol at Chestnut Mountain Sports does some Kahr work, according to his website. All my experience is with his Hi Powers though.

Kahr does GREAT work!
I have a level III PM9 and its my regular small carry piece!

I want one of Ned's as well!
Perhaps someday he will find time to get me into his schedule
I think I have been on the waiting list almost 10 years now...
I have a couple ideas....

1) Perhaps a ASP inspired 1911 in a CCO?
2) Or a .357 Sig 1911 (I know Ned was looking into this but don't know how it went as the .357 sig poses some complications feeding in a 1911 from what I understand)
3) DAMN IT! Just build me Colt Gunsite CCO into a Ned Awesome Gun!

Oh yeah a PM9 as well.

Im ready when you are!

Let me check just "which" list you're on Jeremy, there may be a mixup here....

Allegheny Gun Works or something like that-- I recently ran across them, looked like good work, no other info.

I've always been very happy with the pistols Neil Keller at Kustom Ballistics has done for me over the years, including a Kahr that was covered in Combat Handguns some years back.

If I'd known Neil did Kahrs I'da been putting that out there. Neil is a very nice guy and his work is highly recommended.
